Our Leadership
Michael Kumah brings a wealth of experience from private wealth and asset management and strategic investment across Africa. With a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Nottingham University, Michael has successfully built market share for international private banks and asset managers in highly competitive emerging markets. As a strategic investor, he focuses on key sectors of the West African economy, emphasising local content job creation and impact investments. In addition to his role as a principal at Kudu Capital AG, he actively oversees the firm’s operations on the ground, ensuring investments translate into real economic growth and sustainable development.
Stefan Dubach offers extensive international expertise, with a background in law, corporate taxation, and financial markets. Holding a Master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen, he previously served as Managing Director of a major private bank, leading its operations in Africa. Today, he is a partner and shareholder in a group of companies providing specialised services to financial professionals and advising Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI). His deep understanding of global finance and investment strategies strengthens Kudu Capital AG’s ability to bridge international capital with high-impact opportunities across Africa.
