“Kudu Capital AG’s support has been invaluable for our growth. They brought me in to provide expertise and leveraged their extensive network to open new opportunities for the business. Kudu’s portfolio companies have also provided us with essential support. For example, we conduct a significant amount of business with Bourbon (https://www.bourbonoffshore.com), which has been critical to supporting their operations.

We are making a significant impact in Ghana by hiring and training local talent. Additionally, we actively support local communities through a placement program with local universities, offering students a one-year internship to gain valuable skills and experience.

With the continued support of Kudu Capital AG, our long-term goal is to become one of the largest logistics companies in Ghana. We believe that with our expertise and diverse range of services, we can establish ourselves as the leading provider of logistics and support services in both Ghana and beyond.”

We are deeply committed to a localized approach, particularly in the recruitment and training of our staff, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet industry demands. With the support of Kudu Capital AG, c70% of Bourbon’s offshore crew is now made up of Ghanaians, highlighting the company’s commitment to upskilling local communities where it operates.

Post COVID saw a rapid consolidation in the Offshore Service Vessel supply market and the Bourbon Group is uniquely positioned to capitalise on these emerging opportunities as the Oil and Gas sector continues to expand in West Africa.

General Manager

“Kudu Capital AG has been instrumental in our growth, providing essential logistics support and helping us source skilled crew members globally. They have also streamlined our operations by bringing HR and legal functions in-house, allowing us to become a more self-sufficient organisation. Their guidance has enabled us to scale at the right pace while ensuring we have the capacity to handle increased third-party work.

We have made a significant impact locally. All our shore crew and nearly 70% of our offshore crew are Ghanaian, and we are committed to upskilling local talent. Our goal is to empower Ghanaians to become self-sufficient within the business.

With Kudu Capital AG’s ongoing support and our solid reputation, we are well-positioned to seize the growing opportunities in the offshore sector especially in the areas of Marine vessel acquisition / management by Local Ghanaians and the introduction of Surfer Crew Boat transfer operations to the Ghana market in partnership with our sister company Bourbon Ghana Ltd.
